Redness on the glans penis

Question: I have about a month ago, a redness of the glans penis in a rough form of a spot size of about a centimeter in diameter. No pain, no itching, not sealed. The color pale pink, increasing friction and konttakte with water. Until then (about 2 months ago), treated with ointment clotrimazole, a couple of weeks, the symptoms ceased to exist. Alarming presence of this spot, as it may be a symptom of cancer
